Tyler has spent over ten years in the logistics and transportation industry, where precision, organization, and safety are essential every day. As an Operations Lead and Safety Lead, he has managed complex workflows, coordinated teams, maintained strict regulatory compliance, and specialized in handling hazardous materials and dangerous goods. His career has required sound decision-making under pressure, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering dependable service—qualities that are now the foundation of Troy Screening. Prior experience in management, customer service, sales, and construction has also given Tyler a well-rounded understanding of business operations and client relationships.

Megan Troy, RN – Healthcare & Patient Care

Megan brings extensive healthcare experience and a passion for caring for others. As a Registered Nurse specializing in pediatric psychiatric care, she understands the importance of professionalism, confidentiality, compassion, and accuracy. Before becoming an RN, Megan worked in several healthcare roles, including Certified Nursing Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator, and Patient Care Technician, gaining valuable experience in patient care, medical documentation, scheduling, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare administration. Her medical knowledge and commitment to excellence ensure every client receives respectful, confidential, and high-quality service throughout the testing process.
